Tenjin Matsuri Festival in Osaka

The Tenjin Matsuri Festival is the biggest festival in Osaka. The celebrations include a land processio, a boat procession, and then fireworks. After the parade, the participants head to the river and the boat processions continue up the river. For some reason, I think there will be fancy, decorated boats, but there aren’t.
